Dîner en Blanc Victoria 2018 is scheduled for July 27! A large group of strangers convene in a public space (the location isn’t revealed until the last minute) to enjoy an outdoor picnic dinner. Participants must dress in white and bring their own table and chairs, food and accessories. The rules are strict: everything must be white-coloured.
